Chioma Nnanna, popularly called THE  COACH  WITH  RESULTS is a multi award winning author of over 6 books and a bestselling fashion magazine, an international public speaker and highly sought after spoken word artist. 

She is the founder of Creatives-In-Business Africa   (CIB AFRICA), a community of over 19,000 members.  CIB Africa organized one of the biggest virtual empowerment programs for 10,000 African youths. It also  organized THE MILLION NAIRA IDEA PROJECT targeted at 50,000 African youths in support of SDG 1. The goal was to turn regular ideas of young people into thriving businesses that would produce at least a million naira within the first year of free mentorship from business experts like Paul and provide employment to atleast two young people. The winner got a non-refundable seed capital and the monthly mentorship is still on for the TOP 5.

As a speaker, she was invited by The American Spaces in Nigeria to facilitate a session during its Massive Open Online Courses streamed live in several states in Nigeria. 

She was invited by John Obidi to train participants on THE BUSINESS OF BOOK PUBLISHING during the DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING organized by Headstart Africa (a community of over 200,000 members) in partnership with Access Bank. 

She taught participants public speaking during the 4 days physical FIND YOUR VOICE training by Vocal Array Academy in Anambra state. 

She hosts the periodic ADVANCED SKILL-UP INITIATIVE which is the most practical and intensive ONLINE training on creative writing, public speaking and spoken word. It has had over 1,000 participants from several countries.

 She was a guest speaker at HILLTOP ENCOUNTERS, an annual international youth talk show broadcast to several countries like Canada, Austria, etc. 

She honored the invitation to speak at the FINANCIAL FITNESS CONFERENCE organized by Frinche And Ride in partnership with the Secretary General of the SUG in UNIZIK. She anchored the DIGITAL BUSINESS BOOTCAMP organized by Fii Stephen at the American Corner Ikeja and also the Lagos Authors Hangout with Emeka Nobis.

She anchored the XYZ FINANCIAL CONGRESS in Owerri. She was a red carpet host at TEDxIKENEGBU and a panel discussion moderator at Public Speaking Summit in Owerri.

She was recently in Delta state as a guest speaker at the ALIVE CONFERENCE tagged S.M.A.S.S.H organized by the GIRL CHILD INITIATIVE. She was a special guest during the 7th edition of the NEXT LEVEL CONVERSATION WITH VAL OKAFOR.

She was a panelist at CONVERSATIONS WITH A DON held in Port Harcourt by Emeka Nobis with participants travelling from different states to be a part of the event.

 As the founder of Young And Getting It Right (YAGIR), she and her team support SDG 4 by organising secondary school outreaches where they share their stories with these young ones so they don't repeat mistakes they've made and talk to them on a variety of topics- leadership and social impact, preparation for life after school, guide on career choice/ course to study in the university, success stories of young people, affirmations, financial literacy, self esteem and confidence building, building relationships etc. The mission is to provide trainings and books on personal development, entrepreneurship and other life skills that formal education curriculum does not cover for teenagers.  So far, they've done it in 3 schools in the Western part of Nigeria and 3 schools in the Southern region, impacting over 1000 students. She is currently planning on taking it 2 states in the East.
